It means you can submit as many design request to your design queue day or night and your designer will work through them one by one.
A request can be anything from the design of a website to the mobile app improvement to a presentation. You choose what you want to design for your brand business and your designer will do the rest.
You can request design anytime you like, and provided it is covered by your subscription plan, it’ll be added to your request queue. Your designer will work through your design request queue one task at a time.
It’s fairly quick for the simple design requests. When you request a design, it is entered into your design queue. We work through your design queue on a first-come, first-served basis.
On average, most clients receive their request within a few business days. In some cases, it may take longer depending on the complexity of the request.
Every business day our designers will update the ongoing tasks or switch to a new one. If you have several tasks to be done at the same time, you can scale the subscription plan to your needs.
